We have enough light so it is not a problem. The only room upstairs we use is the office and I have a fan on up there and it is still 30C. See my answer above to Diane b why no A/C. Off for a barbecue tonight that may be a bit warm, will stay away from the fire! No we have no A/C and because of my lungs never will have. I refuse to have it on in the car, all windows are open. I have had pneumonia 3 times and a close attack once, apart from the first time the other three have all been blamed on A/C. It's not that there is a lot of it, but when it hit, especially at night, we were uncomfortable. No need for them here! Although even 28C here today.
