27/05/2015 Shopping this morning, I was busy in the garden this afternoon, while Nigel was still rubbing down and painting more shutters.

  1. I'm a fan of digitalis. I have been adding the pink illumination variety to my garden this year and last. It's a strawberry reddish colour and does not seed, so flowers every year which is nice. Stays semi evergreen even up here. Won Chelsea plant of the year in 2012. Just planted 10 more!

    2. We're not even close to flowers yet Diane (+9C and squally rain here today so you can see why) but here is a photo of what they look like. I will post photos when summer arrives!
