03/12/2015 Short on camera time today, been busy doing other things!

Cotoneaster.

For the record and Roger : the vincas growing over the geotextile to stop the weeds between the new hedge and the fence.

  1. I'm always amazed at the variety of plants in your garden/yard. The fruit cake looks much better after than before!!! LOL Stunning sunset!!! I never tire of sunset photos!!!

    1. Doniene we have only got a couple of flower beds and a vegetable garden, but a number of shrubs. I also love sunsets bu we d not often see a sunrise since we retired!!! Hugs Diane

    1. I think it actually needs to be eaten right now. You are unable to buy mixed dry fruit here (!) so it is full of dates, apricots, sultanas and other ingredients, it is much moister than he average fruit cake and I am wondering if I pour cognac over it if it is going to too moist!!! First time I have tried it but I hope it will survive till we get to the UK on the 15th. T'other Diane

    1. Thank you José , I hope it is yummy, it is destined to go back to the UK with us for Christmas. Good sunsets are rare in winter as the sun is our of position for good ones but they do happen occasionally. Diane
