23/12/2015 Out for a drive in Wiltshire

Maximum temperature 11C, minimum 7C.  Chilly wind. Shower later this afternoon.
The largest man made mound in Europe, the mysterious Silbury Hill.  Apologies for reflections on the car windscreen.

    The English countryside looks more like early spring! Here,contrary to other years, NO SNOW in Nova Scotia! (9 degrees!..) Walks instead of skiing!

    1. Thanks and we wish you very happy Christmas and all the best for 2016 as well. Despite the mild temperatures there has been a very chilly wind blowing so if you take the wind factor into consideration, the temperatures would be much lower than published !! No skiing thzat must be upsetting :-( Diane
