31/12/2015 Back home but big problem with my laptop and WIFI speed. One photo on the nexus.

Maximum temperature 14C, minimum 5C. 22mm rain in the rain gauge while away. 44 km/S wind.  Light shower as I type this.
Clouds seen driving home with my pet hate of wind turbines.

We are both very tired and I still feel pretty rough so off to bed now and will catch up when I feel better and the laptop and WIFI is working.

  1. Diane: Along trip from England and the flu are enough to make you sleep for a week! Lousy way to start "2016"! Happy New-Year anyway to you and Nigel! May this year bring you happiness, good health and all of your heart's desires! Maguy
PS: I've used your meringue's recipe today! They came out beautifully! Making some "torche aux marrons" (chestnuts tartelettes) for tomorrow's dinner!) M.

    1. Thanks Craig and a Happy new year to you as well. Our computer problem is on going I am afraid with a very slow connection, yesterday every man and his dog was using a computer I think which brought the speed down to less than dial up!! Today we are a speedy 0.48Mbps download speed and 0.08 upload - after having fibre optics in the UK we feel it!! Keep well Diane

    3. I have tried this in the past Craig but did just try it again, sadly the answer has not changed - 'Offers for individuals are not available at this time for your area'.

    4. I wonder why it would be geographically restricted in the Charente? Perhaps ask this chap why if you have interest.

    5. No idea, we have looked at several means but none of them will work for us to one reason or an other. When I am feeling better will look at the above. Thanks.
