My new dehydrator, looking forward to saving bottling and freezing this year.
Nigel getting dinner ready...
Experimenting with a new recipe of spiced pumpkin and beans on rice. No, we are not vegetarian, but we had a lot of meat over the past two weeks!
Sorry to hear you have not been well. Love the look of that dish. I wish you lived close by. I have a dehydrator that we don't use anymore since I turned the veggie garden into a herb garden and flower bed.
ReplyDeleteAhhh sad that you are so far away, I could have done with your dehydrator, oh well. Not much improvement health wise, my lungs always seem to take a long time to recover these days!! Hope all well there t'other Diane
DeleteSpiced pumpkin sounds lovely... all of that healthy veg is sure to perk you up!
ReplyDeleteCraig is was really yummy, as usual a few extras added which I am sure improved it no end :-) I need perking up!! Diane
DeleteHello dear Diane,
ReplyDeleteI can understand you had too much meat, and this kind of veggies is a real treat :)
I don't how I did it, but I lost another kilo during the Xmas holiday!!
I wish you too a happy new year, may it be under the sign of health (the most important wish), joy and realisation of your own wishes.
Much love, take care and enjoy your WE!
Thanks so much Noushka, and yes I hope health improves quickly, not good after the trip to the UK!! I in fact did not put on weight over Christmas though I am surprised! You keep well and take care of yourself, Hugs Diane
DeleteThank you for posting a photo of the irrigator just for me... feeling very special indeed. And what a fine irrigator - love how it runs over a rise... all ours are on very flat country.
ReplyDeleteI had not even thought about the rise, I think few fields here are totally flat! Diane
