24/07/2016 Cutting up courgettes for the dehydrator! More than I can handle in one go, and we still have jam, chutney and pickles from the last two years!

Maximum temperature 28C, minimum 13C.  20 kph North East winds.   Dry.
Dehydrating.

    1. Wish you were closer! We can only eat so much and I have made far too many over the past few years. Giving it a break this year as the fruit is low anyway thanks to all the rain we have had! Diane
