15/11/2016 Join us on a drive to the Physio and back home again.

Maximum temperature 11C, minimum 1C.  13 km/h NE wind.  Dry, but full cloud cover.
Autumn colours in the trees...

Farmland amongst the forests...

The usual tractor hazard on our narrow roads...

and another one!

More autumn colours.

Arrival for back treatment.

Going back home; impossible to take a good photo from the car, but Cheronnac Church is behind the geraniums!

Men at work, harrowing and ploughing

Massignac from the distance

Another hazard at Montemboeuf.

A home in Chasseneuil.

and yes; a yet another tractor just before we got back to the house.

  1. Are those bales not strapped on? We'd be hit with massive fines if we ventured out the gate with loads unrestrained, aside from the fact how dangerous it is.

  3. Beautiful series, Diane. And I agree, I really don't like tractors and trucks on narrow roads.

    1. Linda where we live with narrow country roads and many farms around, we seldom go for a drive without coming across what I call our 'road hazards' :-) Take care Diane

  4. Your trip to the Physio is more interesting than mine but also much longer. Sore back is no fun. I've had mine for eleven weeks now and I'm sick of it

    1. We have a choice of roads to go on, this one is the straightest but not in fact the quickest if the GPS has it right! The other one is very twisty and narrow!! Have a good day and hope your back is soon on the mend, t'other Diane
