      Anne they have made it much more tidy around there, and also the fountain is now working which is nice. It is looking good. Take care Diane

    Did you stop in Porto? It's one of my fav cities, I first visited 30 years ago - by train via Spain all the way from Paris. A horrible trip, but a great place to end up in Porto. I'm writing a website the city, but hardly started, it's hard to find time to write when there is so much to talk about!

      Raymond we had two nights there, so one day to see as much as we could, see previous post. We should have planned longer but that is easily said in hindsight. Never the less we did enjoy our day, it is a beautiful city. Take care Diane

    Nice countryside you were driving through. I liked Porto very much when we were there. Food pics made my mouth water.

      diane the countryside is stunning and we also loved Porto, we were just short on time! The food was pretty good most of the trip, think we had one pizza in the whole time we were away for a light lunch that was not very impressive. Take care t'other Diane
