ReplyDeleteThanks Anne, home safely and glad to be in our own bed, but the experience of staying in a château was worth every cent to see how the other half live :-) Have not caught up with last years photos, now I have another few hundred!!! :-)))) Keep well Diane xox
DeleteLe Cheval Blanc looks wonderful - right up our street. I checked their website and for such lovely food the prices are very reasonable at lunch time. Very jealous! We were booked for a Mothers Day lunch at our favourite restauarant but for reasons you will have seen that's had to be cancelled.
ReplyDeleteCraig it is s lovely place to eat and menu of the day, which is what we had, is very reasonable. Just the coffee afterwards, which is an extra, is quite expensive. We would go there more often but it's about an hour's drive from us so one person needs to hold back on the bottle of wine which is vin compris. Hope the news on your mother is good today. Diane
