03/06/2015 Lunch at St Sornin with friends and photos en route and in the garden. Collecting the manhole cover for our verandah.

Maximum temperature 26C, minimum 9C.  20 km/h NE wind. Dry.
Potatoes planted (late) and garden watered.

  1. Lovely "high summer" shots. The routiers bistros certainly do offer great value. I was always amazed to see the lorry drives drinking wine with their lunch and then getting back into their cabs to drive again after lunch. Can you imagine that here? Carnage!

    1. Thanks Craig, they are great places to eat and this one is pretty special with a decent menu. Many have set menu du jour. I agree it is amazing that the drivers seem to have their glass of wine with no ill effects.Hope your weather is as good as ours :-)Diane
