01/02/2016 A drive to the Physio this morning to get my back sorted.

Maximum temperature 16C, minimum 10C.  41 km/h SW winds.  8 mm rain measured this morning.
Leaving home in the rain!

Still drizzling - Massignac Church and Lavoir.

The tail end of Lake de Lavaud at Massignac.

Driving back home a large house at Les Salles Lavauguyon.....

and the 1075 church dedicated to St Eutrope....

The decorative arches....

and the frescoes discovered during restoration in 1986.
For further info see Here.

Generally a good view from here but the drizzle remained!

A short walk after I got home to a local hamlet...

Old plough - the rain started again so I came home!

    1. Thanks Doniene and good to hear from you. It is still raining, thankfully we live fairly high so no flooding problems though the garden is saturated! Take care Diane

    1. History here around every corner Gaelyn. I find it amazing that the frescoes still have so much colour but they were obviously well protected for many years. Have a good day Diane
