Maximum temperature 13C, minimum 6C. 91 km/h W winds. 7mm rain measured this morning.
Rain on and off but the wind has caused havoc, things blown all over the place and I wonder how many trees are down.
Windswept blue tit taking shelter on the windowsill.
Having something to say...
Hop skip and jump...
Turning his back on me.
One of the seashells from my collection....
and another one
Snowdrops. All photos taken from inside the house through the window other than the shells.
I hope you get some weather to enjoy soon.
ReplyDeleteYour images are lovely. It will be a while until we have flowers here.
We have snowdrops, crocuses and daffodils all out but next weeks frosts that are expected my give them all a shock! Thanks for the comment and have a good day, Diane
DeleteSuch pretty little birds are the blue tits.
ReplyDeleteNot only pretty, but not nervous like the other birds so relatively easy to photograph. They are very cute Diane
DeleteWet and windy days are good for staying in yet looking out the windows. I like the shell shots.
ReplyDeleteThanks Gaelyn, it was certainly not a day for being out with the high winds. Very unpleasant. N said he had never seen winds like this here before but of course I have experienced all weathers having been here a lot long before he retired. Have a good day Diane

DeleteI think that Blue Tit is one of the most featured birds on European blogs, and certainly one of the most delightful.
ReplyDeleteIt is certainly one of the most featured here as they are always on our window sill. Everything else keeps it distance except the odd great tit.. Thanks for the comment Diane
