I am sure the pub is more patronized than the church.

DeleteFrench villages remind me of clusters of mushrooms.
ReplyDeleteNot really sure why but if they remind you of mushrooms so be it :-) Have a good week t'other Diane
DeleteI love the frosty photo and the cloudy sunset. Thank you for taking me along for the short walk.

DeleteThat is frost indeed, I had none here this winter!
ReplyDeleteRather, cold but mainly rainy :(
The horse had fun in the mud, he must be a happy chap!
Lovely village photos, Diane, a very enjoyable post :)
Keep well, best wishes!
We have had a few frosty mornings but nothing too serious. Yes we have had a lot of rain, and hail as well this morning! Thanks for the comment and the visit. Take care, my thoughts are with you so often, hugs Diane

ReplyDeleteThanks Linda, always glad to see you have visited. Have a good day, Diane
DeleteI loved the shot along the river. It led me to have a closer look at google's street view from 2011. Pity about the bar, losing something like that affects communities everywhere. It's a pretty place.
ReplyDeleteThanks Anne, yes it is sad about the bar. Maybe someone will buy it and get it going again. The bakery there also closed down some years ago :-( It is pretty.
