13/09/2016 A visit to Vitrac play French scrabble.

Maximum temperature 34C, minimum 16C. 91 km/h SW wind. Rain coming down as I type this (21h00) but so far not a lot.

The reading on the car thermometer as we left scrabble at 17h45 was reading 40C!!!!

Unknown shrub but very pretty.

28/03/2016 More on the last walk, wet, grey, horrible and very windy here today!

Maximum temperature 14C, minimum 7C.  78 km/h S wind. 6mm rain measured this morning.

Cowslips are everywhere at the moment.

Lots of hay but the cattle were elsewhere!

This dam is generally just a puddle but it has been overflowing now for months.

Ploughing going on all over. Top left the tractor is still at it.

The bottom two are newly ploughed and have been pastures ever since we have been here.  Wonder where all the cows have gone.
