22/08/2016 A few quick shots in the garden. We are out all day tomorrow so I am taking the day off from the diary!!

Maximum temperature 30C, minimum 12C.  23 km/h SE  wind. Dry.
Common blue female.

Holly blue male.

Fritillary Pearl-Bordered (I think)...

More potatoes brought in; 9.1 kg today.

    1. I have to admit that we seldom fry! These potatoes last so well if kept in the dark and the cool. Last years only ran out just before we went to the USA. Hope all is well Diane

  2. Diane, the butterflies shots are so beautiful. You have so many types of butterflies visiting your garden! What a great harvest of potatoes. Maybe I will try to grow some potatoes.

    1. Nancy we grow potatoes easily, so yes give it a try. This year we are low on butterfly numbers also lizards, must have something to do with the weather! Have a good day Diane

    I would not have the time nor the patience to grow anything in garden even if my life depended on it!!!
