Before going to France two years ago I had never eaten fresh figs. I became an instant fan!
ReplyDeleteI can just stand under the tree and eat them!!! So many this year that I have been dehydrating, still much jam and chutney left from the last 2 years!! Have a good day Diane
DeleteFresh fruit and veg - what a treat.
ReplyDeleteCheers - Stewart M - Melbourne
Stewart we seldom buy vegetables, the garden keeps us well supplied during both summer and winter. Fruit has not been brilliant this year, plums enough, but the figs and the hazel nuts are in abundance. Diane
DeleteI have only tasted fresh figs once and I love it! Beautiful orchids and the pumpkins are so big!
ReplyDeleteFresh figs are amazing picked straight from the tree warm from the sun, yum yum. Wish we could share some with you. We have a number of very big pumpkins this year. I still have dried from last year!! Diane
