We have not seen a robin all summer and suddenly it has appeared again for its winter stop over.
As above.
The Blue Tits also disappear during summer...
Oops not much water in there...
And the Great Tit is also complaining it seems.

The old and the new!!
La Tache.
Fall is arriving!!! We have tits here in the southeastern part of the U.S. and they are black/grey. Your blue ones are quite colorful.

All our tits are quite colourful but generally the ones that arrive here are just the Blue Tit and the Great Tit. Fall is fine, it is the winter that follows that I hate, I loathe the cold! Keep well Diane
DeleteHello Diane,
ReplyDeleteGreat phoros of the robin, he is really handsome!!
Such lovely friends to have in a garden!
The Red admiral in your previous post is also gorgeous, they fly around a lot these days.
I hope all well by you,
I am quite busy since I got back and have hardly the time to select and prepare photos!!
Keep well and enjoy what's left of the week :)
Thanks Noushka for your kind comment. I was so lucky with the Robin, I was at the window just as he came on to the veranda and I actually had the camera in my hand :-) I am glad that you are busy as it keeps your mind busy as well, but it would still be good to meet up if possible sometime. Enjoy your weekend warm hugs Diane
DeletePretty feathered friends. They are so cute. Have a wonderful day!
ReplyDeleteThanks Nancy the garden would not be the same without our feathered friends. Have a good weekend Diane
DeleteThe arrival of that robin must bring joy to your heart.
ReplyDeleteI love the Robin, I only wish it was here in summer and its arrival did not mean winter!!! Think it is just greedy and the food supply in winter here is good!!! Have a good weekend Diane
DeleteGreat shots as usual. The wind turbine does look rather out of place.
ReplyDeleteVery out of place, sadly they are popping up all over :-((((( Diane
