  2. Always such lovely pics. Banded snails, how awesome, they looked like shells when I first looked. Did you do the canning? My sis in law did some strawberry jam the other day and I actually turned down a jar of it. I never do that but being I am still not taking a lot of sugar since my surgery 3 months ago I did not want to have it on hand....I have NO WILL POWER!!! haha....To clear something up, I don't have the hair loss from the vits its because of the protein. I am lacking on getting in a enough of that each day so I am working on watching that now. Thanks for always stopping by my blog. I enjoy you!

    1. Ok I now understand the protein side.
Yes, I am busy canning now until the end of October. Cherries, then plums, lots of vegetables, followed by figs, quinces and finally the medlar tree. It is pretty much non stop. We went to the USA last year in June and 'luckily' the weather was so bad we had very little fruit, this year is making up for so it seems.
Glad you enjoy me, take care and keep up the good work on the diet Diane

    1. I wish it was as simple as the damp weather but it is not, my back is a mess. Too much horse riding in my younger days, too many falls, and a break when I was 16!!!! It never stopped me then but it is catching up with me now.
Glad you like the photos. Have a good day Diane
