Your macro shots always fascinate me Diane. I always enjoy them. The flowers are beautiful and the insects are fascinating.
ReplyDeleteI am glad you enjoy them Denise, sometimes I think I get a bit boring with so many similar photos! Take care Diane
DeleteBeautiful flowers, tomatoes and beans!
ReplyDelete:)
Thanks Sally, just a few too many veggies this year but they will all get eaten over winter!! Take care Diane
DeleteYour beans and tomatoes look fantastic, Diane! Beautiful photos.
ReplyDeleteThanks Linda, the veggies are amazing this year but so very time consuming at present!! Have a good week Diane
DeleteCan see why you dislike winter.... Which takes all these "lovelies" away.... :-)
ReplyDeleteYes photos in winter are hard to come by - sigh. Take care Diane
DeleteYour close-up photography is simply stunning. I can't stop admiring the detail in that rosemary beetle. Just beautiful!
ReplyDeleteThe rosemary beetle was in full sun and would have been better in the shade. The photo was a bit overexposed! They are very pretty though and it is sad that they are pests! Have a good week Diane
DeleteI can understand why it is your favourite rose. It is very beautiful.
ReplyDeleteThe only rose I had in the garden in the UK and thankfully the cutting did well :-)) Take care Diane
DeleteHi there - first signs of spring here this weekend - nesting birds and wattle in flower - although I was looking at both on three layers of fleece in a hail storm!!
ReplyDeleteCheers - Stewart M - Melbourne
Good for you but not for us, I hate winter. Hope you are feeling better. Cheers Diane
DeleteBeautiful flowers and the bee shots are great. Wow what a harvest, I wish I was your neighbour and could have left overs.
ReplyDeleteHa ha I would be happy to give you some. Luckily we have one French family as a neighbour that does not have a veggie garden :-) Rare in France. Have a good week t'other Diane
DeleteIt's always such a treat and a pleasure to see your macros Diane.. the orange roses are my favourite also. The Rosemary beetle has such pretty colours, what a shame it's such a pest ☺
ReplyDeleteIt is a really pretty beetle but a big pest :-(( I love those roses. Keep well Diane
