Eye candy post! Love the butterflies and birds, but those views of the lake are magnificent!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful post Diane. The butterflies look like they have eyes on their wings.
ReplyDeleteMore wonderful photo's, Diane. I always enjoy your photography!
ReplyDeleteThe bug in first picture reminds me of what, here, we call stinkbugs. I'm sure there's a more appropriate name. :)
xoxo
The bug in the first picture looks like some sort of stink bug. Fabulous pictures.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful series.
ReplyDeleteThe brickwork on the old buildings, I can’t help but wish our house was made of them. I love the look of the old stones. Your unknown insect is a mystery but he has very pretty markings. As always Diane, all your photos are superb.

ReplyDeleteSuch great detail in the flowers and insects. The skies are gorgeous too.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful series of images Diane, interesting to see the patch of blue on the Eurasian jay, very much like the Australian kingfisher. Let's hope the temperatures are starting to cool down a little now, I think you have had more than enough of the heat!
ReplyDeleteLovely photos Diane!
ReplyDeleteSorry I can't help you with the bug... this one is quite beautiful.
The poppy is exquisite and so is the sunset.
