24/01/13 A trip to Villebois-Lavalette Foire and Roullet-Saint-Estephe to the Foire aux Chocolats.

The forecast said maximum temperature 15C but the car was reading 22C at one stage!  A perfect day with a fantastic blue sky.

    Another great and rich series!
    I love sundials... Reading the time from sun's movement on stone has always fascinated me!
    the bottle is is shape of a gun is amazing!

      Thanks Noushka, yes I also love sundials, my parents had a lovely one at their home in the UK before we went to Africa, I wonder if it is still there! I thought that gun was fantastic. Have a great week diane

    Probably a writing of the ancient Kingdom of France was carefully deleted under that "1627"...
    Very funny the horse in the first view. It seems kissing the ground :-)

      Gio Ve, yes is looks like those words are a bit more than weather worn. As for the pony I think he was desperately trying to find a blade of grass to eat! Diane
