26/07/2016 A few garden photos.

Maximum temperature 27C, minimum 14C.  19 kph North East winds.   Dry.
The lavender is certainly keeping the bees busy.

Also the Gatekeeper butterfly.

The common Lizard watching on.

Baby sparrow shouting to his Dad for its food.

Stargazer Lily.

  1. It's interesting to see the bees on the lavender. I have never had lavender honey - wonder what it tastes like? I have traditionally purchased alfalfa honey but recently I was given a jar of wildflower honey which was truly delicious. It's easy to see why we call our significant others "Honey."

    1. There is a lot of lavender honey around the farming area here, but of course France is famous for its Lavender fields. I love honey :-))) Diane
