The chimney is pretty high, it is equal to the third storey as it is way above the barn. We also hope the technician can do something with our internet it is very frustrating at present!! Take care Diane
DeleteChimney sweep - that sounds like a profession from a former era! We don't have a fireplace so it's not something we ever think about.
ReplyDeleteVery important part of life here. Insurance insists that the chimney is swept every year or if there is a fire in the chimney they will not pay out. Almost everyone here has wood fires. Have a good weekend Diane

Insurance insists that the chimney is cleaned yearly, if there is a problem and we have no proof of cleaning they will not pay. Cheers Diane
