Beautiful lilac. That's funny, I recall that the lady who ran our Cognac dechetterie was the same. She loved to practice her English even though we always spoke French to her. She always greeted us with a "Hello how are you" in the poshest accent you cold imagine. It was like the Queen running the dechetterie! I think that was as far as her English went though.
