The hazards of farm roads en route, convoi exceptionnel one of the logging trucks.
Lots of logging going on it seems.
Autumn colours.
Typical Monday in France - quiet.
Papa Noel in the Pharmacy window...
as above....
and polar bears.
Decorations under way at the Supermarket...
the artist at work.
Returning home the hazard was not quite so bad!
and nearer home one of our neighbours.
You still have some nice autumn colours Diane - ours are long gone. The Papa Noel decorations at the pharmacy are lovely!
ReplyDeleteThanks Craig, yes I thought the pharmacy decorations were excellent. I will be interested to see the end of the deco on the Intermarche window. It amazed me how the artist was just waving around a spray gun in different directions and pictures were appearing! Take car both of you Diane
DeleteI LOVE the Papa Noels in the pharmacy window! Especially the first one! How tall were they? I have a "Santa" figurine collection and I would love to find one like those.
ReplyDeleteThank you for the logging photos! I am now more aware of your surroundings! Lovely sheep by the way, too!!! Looks a bit like our crossbred wool sheep here in Texas. I have Rambouillet which are just white.
Hugs!
The Santas' in the window are about 2 foot high at a guess. I have no idea where they got them from as I have not seen any like it elsewhere. They are lovely though.
DeleteI do not know what breed these sheep are, but quite often I see the lambs have black on their heads though that may be from the sire.
Take care Diane
