Bee on the cotoneaster.
Chrysocrambus craterellus - heavy dew on the grass this morning.
Cinnabar, beautiful in flight but I was not quick enough!
Much larger cherries on the second tree almost ripe now,
Courgette flower with numerous bugs and a hoverfly.
Azalea.
The day lilies are putting on quite a show this year.
Love in a Mist.
The first rose this year other than the climbers.
Such a gorgeous series, Diane! And I love this lizard, he does seem to be relaxed in your presence. Thank you so much for sharing all the beauty around you.
ReplyDeleteThe male lizard is all I have seen this year, but I am sure there is a female around somewhere. Generally it is a female that I see around here and sometimes several. I am happy that you enjoy my blog, it keeps me going :-) Diane
DeleteGorgeous!
ReplyDeleteBut I just don't care for lizards. Shivvvvvverrrrrr.... :-)
They are beautiful, I love them :-). Thanks for the comment Diane
DeleteNice to carry your own headrest. The love in the mist is my favorite. As always, spectacular macros.
ReplyDeleteHa ha, very useful having a tail, I have never seen them do this before. I also like Love in a Mist and it grows like a weed here re-seeding itself all the time. Thanks Gaelyn for your kind comments, appreciated. Diane
