  2. I looked at the picture of the rosebud with all the drops of water and knew you shouldn't have bothered posting any more pictures today. I was wrong. Wonderful post.

  4. Your garden produce looks delicious, Diane! I absolutely love all the colours and details in your photos. I know that some mushrooms are poisonous so I never attempt to eat any I see in my walks. I wonder, though, if they are also poisonous to the insects and birds that may try to eat them.

  5. This sounds more like our November. October here, is like a bunch of nature's jewels. Nov. is dark, rainy, leaves all gone. A hard month, for me to "appreciate."

but your veggies, and mushrooms, and rain drops, are lovely.

  6. Oh wow, that first photo is artistry. The capture of the due on the petals is just magical. It reminds of the days when Hallmark greeting cards were still a thing - a gorgeous picture of a rose would be on the front with a lovely poem inside.

    1. Thanks so much, I think though that I prefer today's shot of the same rose. Greeting cards have mostly vanished I think now it is an e-card, not nearly so personal, but probably more practical and it saves the trees! Stay safe Diane

  7. Did you have a rain shower Diane, beautiful water drop images. I bet your home grown tomatoes are delicious. Up until a few days ago our tomatoes were so yummy and then just like that they seem to be rather tasteless. How fab to step outside and pick 100% fresh veggies!
