Hi Diane. I love your garden bird photos. The birds seem to be concentrating on the camera lens and to enjoy being photographed. Take care, Kim x
ReplyDeleteThanks Kim the tits are fairly easy the others are very shy!! Hope that all is well down there. Have a good week, Diane
DeleteIt must be wonderful to have your birds stay to give you a show.
ReplyDeleteSometimes it is easy and sometimes it is not :-) Take care Diane
DeleteWonderful series of images. Those little feathered beauties can brighten up a day in a hurry, can’t they?
ReplyDeleteThey were in a helpful mood and photography was fairly easy for a change :-) Hope you have a good week Diane
DeleteThe markings on that little bird are perfect!
ReplyDeleteThey are all beautiful to me and there are always a lot more around in winter :-) Stay warm, Diane
DeleteBefore I even read your first caption I was thinking the same thing in my head!
ReplyDeleteGreat minds think a like, I won't bother with the second part of that saying LOL Take care Diane
DeleteHee hee!
DeleteNice birds - given how popular the first two are, and how edible the last one is, I am surprised that they were never introduced to Australia!
ReplyDeleteCheers - Stewart M - Melbourne
Much better to have animals and birds endemic to your own country. Introducing always upsets the ecological balance. Have a great week Diane
DeletePretty and cute feathered friends! I love to see the close up of the Blue Tits!
ReplyDeleteThanks Nancy they are a pleasure to have around. Take care Diane
DeleteDiane, these are awesome photos! And, you have green grass! I'm so jealous. :)
ReplyDeletexoxo
Green grass that is so thick and long, but with all the rain there is no chance of cutting it, the mower will just sink apart from the grass being too wet. Wait until August and the grass will be brown!! Take care, I hope all is well Diane
DeleteBeautiful photos, Diane. I love the bird playing with acrobatics!!!!!!! Kisses, my friend.
ReplyDeleteTha birds are always fun to watch, so much character :-) Take care Diane
DeleteEverything fine, hot and dry here. Kim
ReplyDeleteGood, hot and dry is fine so long as it is not humid :-)) Cheers Diane
DeleteI can't tell you how much I love seeing these little beauties Diane, funny how he chose the pot to bathe in, perhaps he wanted to smell minty fresh ☺ I don't know about you but I'm getting mighty fed up with this cough, beginning to think it's here to stay!
ReplyDeleteThe birds are delightful, wish I had more time to just sit and watch.
DeleteI am just hoping the cough does not hang around like it did last time and I struggled for years, literally, until an Italian Dr found the treatment. Trouble is I will never track him down again as we were on holiday at the time! Fingers crossed we will both recover very soon! Take care Diane
Your bird photos are superb. More fun to play in water among all the growth.
ReplyDeleteYes they seem to like the pots when there is plenty of water around!! Clean water is obviously not so appealing. Take care Diane
