Many people have asked to see more of our garden and the house, yesterday I took some photos. As usual too many so here is the garden and the house will appear in the next one. No comments under photos (other than a couple) pretty self-explanatory!!
I had just cut the lawn.
Note the leaning apple tree, even the stake is leaning that we put in to hold it up after all the rain.
Potatoes, carrots on the left.
What beautiful garden and yard! Lucky lady.
ReplyDeleteThanks Pam I appreciate it every day. Happy weekend Diane
DeleteThirty-eight degrees is in the realm of stay inside and hibernate for me. That is too hot to enjoy doing anything outside. Your garden looks pretty big, Diane - a lot to take care of. No wonder you were so occupied with it when you returned from your recent vacation.
ReplyDeleteDavid this time of the year the garden is very time consuming and I really struggle to keep up with blogging. 39C here today!! Keep cool, Diane
DeleteLovely photos!
ReplyDeleteWhat are the saucers in the first two photos? It looks like the bottom part of a flower pot with a rock sitting in the middle surrounded by about a half inch or water.
Hi Sandi, it is exactly that. The birds used to try and bath in the bases that had plants in them and there was really no room, they now have 3 bases minus plants all for their own use. Thanks for the comment have a good day Diane
