10/12/2020 All photos taken while out walking fairly close to home.

Maximum temperature here today 11⁰C, minimum 5⁰C.  10 mm of rain measured this morning but we have had quite a lot over the last few days!  22km/h North-easterly winds with gusts up to 49 km/h.

I apologise for the 'break-in transmission', but our WiFi has been ridiculous and I have not been able to load any photos easily, and sometimes not at all. Also visiting has been a problem as there has not been enough speed to download your blogs for me to see them.  It is frustrating, and very time consuming trying to do anything on the computer.

I have been doing quite a lot of walking now as not so much to do in the kitchen, all fruit and vegetables have considerably slowed down!  Now I am allowed more time, and a bigger radius to walk in, although still in lockdown, I am most days walking between 8 and 11 kms.

I just liked this shot of the moon behind the clouds and over the top of a barn roof,

If you follow the road in the centre to the top, our house is a little further on, on the right-hand side behind the trees.

22/05/2016 Very wet day. Out for a walk last evening. .

Maximum temperature 16C minimum 8C.   43 km/h NW wind.  26mm rain measured this morning. Rain most of the day.
I went for a walk yesterday late afternoon so this post is 24 hours late!
I love these forest walks.

Campion I think.

Post Red squirrel, it was gone before I lifted the camera but I loved the hanging creepers.

Montemboeuf in the distance.

Two well cared for horses in a steep paddock.

Well, used now as a post box.

A mystery hole in a wall - drainage of some kind?

The Lavoir at Le Grand Jauniat.
(Where the washing used to be done before the days of washing machines!)

Dandelion clock.

Hawthorn, note the Longhorn beetle.

Campanula.

The old bridge at Vitrac.

28/03/2013 In the garden.

Maximum temperature 12C, but this afternoon when the wind settled it really felt warmer.  Perhaps the energy levels digging in the garden warmed us up!  Some rain expected this evening.
