This photo, and the 3 following photos of my FIL's 95 birthday tea party today with thanks to Cynthia Crocker. |
Looks like a good time was had by all.
I have had endless trouble with Google and my blog over the last couple of days. Apologies for any errors due to frustration.
That is an amazing photo of the Hummingbird hawk-moth!!
ReplyDeleteThanks, they are so quick and I have had a few lucky shots thanks to my Nikon :-) Diane
DeleteThat Hummingbird hawk- moth is very aptly named.
ReplyDeleteIsn't it just, flight similar to the bird, and you can hear a loud hum if there are three or four around a shrub at the same time. Diane
DeleteWhat an achievement! 95 and your FiL still looks sprightly. A belated happy birthday.
ReplyDeleteGaynor he is quite amazing. He lives alone and walks into town on most days to one thing or another. His memory is not as good as it was but then neither is mine! Diane
DeleteLove the hummingbird moth, which I've only seen a few times, plus as always your closeups of the flowers are amazing. Fil looks great for 95. May we all be so lucky. Hope you're not affected by the flooding.
ReplyDeleteAmazing man Gaelyn for his age and very active. No problems here with flooding we are on high ground but other areas are having a tough time! Hope all will be OK when we start travelling if it ever happens!! Diane
DeleteGorgeous photos of critters and flowers in your garden. Your FIL is still strong and healthy at 95 and what a wonderful tea party to celebrate his birthday.
ReplyDeleteThanks Nancy. It seems everyone had a good time at his tea party from what I gather. We have had more photos sent through today. Diane
