22/08/2017 Busy, busy, busy. No time for photos!

Maximum temperature 34C, minimum 16C.   14 km/h SE wind with 28 km/h gusts.  Dry.

Sorry been one of those days and we have been working in the garden.  Another 2 kg (4.4 lbs) of beans picked, still planning to know what to do with them.

The remainder of the potatoes are now in and stored.  Normally we have around 25kg (55 lbs) this year has been a bumper crop and we have just over 75 kg (165 lbs). WOW.
One potato alone weighed 0.560 grams (1.24 lbs)

By the time we had finished everything and eaten late I picked up my camera and caught this sunset.
Taken from just by our back door...

as above...

and looking over my shoulder to the side of the house. Love this shot.

Will try to catch up with comments tomorrow, heading for bed now exhausted.

and how wonderful, to have this view, from your door. our house faces north and back is to the south. Trees around.... Homes.... No view of sunrise or sunset. -sigh-

    1. We do not see sunrise as there is a barn in the way but if I got up early enough and walked 100 yards down the road I could see it. I used to be a very early bird but somehow I am now a late one!!! Have a good day Diane

    1. Think I had probably done too much and although I was tired sleep did not come easily. I was up making myself some herbal tea at 2am. Plan on going for a drive this afternoon weather permitting to give me a break. Have a good day Diane

    1. Kim I almost always take sunsets with my little pocket size Samsung, I get better shots with that than I do on my Nikon. Probably because I do not understand the settings on the Nikon well enough! Diane
