N.B. Because photos are hard to come by in this weather, posts may well be a bit intermittent and not daily!!!!
Ooh, I feel as though that bird bath might need some heating soon ;-)
ReplyDeleteWish it was that easy !!!! Cheers Diane
DeleteI love the second last photos especially. They always make me smile, Diane!
ReplyDeleteThey are very easy on the eye and I could (if I had the time) watch them for hours. Keep well Diane
DeleteDelightful scenes of your pretty birds in that lovely birdbath. How kind of you to break the ice for them. Pretty skies too. Wishing you a very happy week Diane :)
ReplyDeleteThink there is going to be a lot of ice breaking in the coming days!!! Hope all is well Diane
DeleteLove bathing bird photos!
ReplyDeleteEspecially beautiful ones, like yours.
They are such cute little birds and I just love some of the expressions LOL. Keep warm Diane
DeleteEven the little boy looks cold.
ReplyDeleteBeing stone he is very cold to the touch!!! Have a good day Diane.
DeleteI think you have the cleanest birds in France!
ReplyDeleteThey certainly seem to enjoy being clean. When I first started feeding them and putting water out they were totally confused. Not used to having things so easy in our little hamlet as nobody else put food out. Now there are three of us here with some food out, but I think I am the only one with water. Cheers Diane
DeleteBurr that's cold those birds must have good insulation.
ReplyDeleteThey do not seem to mind it, so I guess yes they have good insulation :-) T'other Diane
DeleteLovely seeing the birds in the bath. I'm wondering why the birds don't bathe here other than on a hot day. I've never seen them splash about once the rains begin so it was very interesting to see your photos. Enjoy your week.
ReplyDeleteI am surprised as the birds here just love the water regardless of the weather. They are an absolute pleasure to watch. Keep well and take care Diane.
DeleteSo nice to see the birds sharing their bath, or rather cold bath! So cute!
ReplyDeleteGosh they are an absolute delight to see Diane, you would think it would be too chilly to bathe 😀 Tres belle sunset!
ReplyDeleteI love all your pics...the birds playing in the water are great. And such pretty babes also. I don't put a birdbath out cause the birds around have the creek.....they love it.
ReplyDeleteNo matter the chill outside, the blue tit must have a refreshing bath. I love birds. The sunset is beautiful.
ReplyDeleteHello Diane. Beautiful little birds and so full of character.
