04/02/2016 A trip to Chasseneuil, Champniers and a couple of birds. Also had the fruit trees pruned today.

Maximum temperature 10C, minimum 0C.  39 km/h SW winds. Dry. Well sort of there was a bit of drizzle!

The experts came to prune all our fruit trees today, full days job!

02/05/2015 A quick trip to Gond-Pontouvre to buy Nigel a new raincoat!

Maximum temperature 19C, minimum 10C.  39km/h S wind.  

Another 15mm of rain and it is still drizzling. 

Posts will be a bit erratic for the next couple of weeks while we are away.  Will post when I can.  No computer, only the nexus so....

19/02/2014 Shopping at Champniers (just North of Angouleme). Then we returned to Leclerk and Lidl.

Maximum temperature 11C. 2 mm rain measured overnight. Some drizzle later not measured as yet.

06/05/2013 A drive to Angouleme and a quick walk around the garden.

Maximum temperature 20C - it was pleasantly warm in the car :-)
