I did not have a chance to look at the few photos I took while driving from home to the UK. Have just looked at them now and decided that there were a few worth posting.
Pont de Brotonne is a bridge in the region of Upper Normandy in France, situated between the cities of Le Havre and Rouen. It has crossed the river Seine since 1977.
Looking over at the bridge after we had crossed it.
Further along the road I just liked these clouds.
The moon was well up at around 5pm.
Not bad for a moving shot through the windscreen with Nigel's little Nikon Coolpix S7000
A little later before we arrived at the B & B at Eslettes. Very difficult to find in the dark and the SatNav could not pick up the address!!
The next morning at Immigration in Calais.
First car into the Chunnel 😉 and on an earlier one than planned which was good.
and finally in the UK. This is a pedestrian bridge over the M20.
I have updated my bird blog HERE.
