    Aren't those poppies Tulips Diane? Your close ups are stunning... what lens are you using?

      Thanks Craig, the answer is not to do a post late when one is tired, correction made! I was using the Nikon 3200 with a 35mm lens. Diane

    They are extra ordinarily clear. You'll have to give me lessons. At least the tulip comment proves to you that I pay attention to the details in your posts!

      Craig I am hopeless at settings, I generally just take on Auto and close-up if necessary. Steady hand as well as I seldom use the tripod, too much bother other than taking a shot of the moon! Yes I am glad that you were paying attention in this case :) Keep well Diane
