DeleteFigs are one of my favourite fruits. I have fond memories of a fig tree that grew just down the road from my grandma's home and the delicious fig jam she would make from it. Later, a girlfriend shared her recipe of dried fig jam, which is just as delicious.
ReplyDeleteWe have two trees, both produce many figs. We eat as much as we can fresh, but I have several bags dried which are also good. Not forgetting the jam and the chutney also. Cheers Diane
DeleteSo nice to see beautiful flowers and edibles from your garden. I have just harvest a few figs and 3 red bell peppers from my garden. Have a lovely new week!
ReplyDeleteEverything from the garden always tastes so much better than bought. Enjoy. Have a good week Diane
