    1. Not a lot of veggies in winter, but I have chard, carrots, parsnips and fennel in the garden, and stored are pumpkins and potatoes and of course all the frozen and dried food as well. We are still pretty self sufficient. Keep warm Diane

  2. Man, that is a lot of rain in one month. The constant grey skies must be getting to you.

    1. We are both sick of the rain and grey skies. The glimmer of sun the other day was a pleasure but it was short lived! Usually winter is crisp, cold but sun!! Have a good Sunday Diane.

  7. Oh I love seeing the blooms. The USA groundhog saw his shadow so that says we will have 6 more weeks of winter. With it being as cold as it has been here in TN, I look forward to spring.....not summer but spring! Beautiful shots.

    1. The forecast says we are heading for a very cold spell which does not cheer me up at all. Generally though I have to say February is our coldest month. April it generally cheers up though though frost has been known to hit the garden badly in May!! Take care Diane
