20/07/2018 A few photos from the garden.

Maximum temperature today 27C, minimum 16C.  Dry; 16 km/h North-westerly winds with up to 37 km/h gusts.

Poppies...

As above with a bumble bee.

Calendula.

Nasturtium.

Rosebud.

Grasshopper.

As above...

Good looking guy.

Last but not least; haricot vert from the garden.  I suspect we are both going to look like a bean quite soon judging by the number of beans appearing!

  7. Pretty flowers. The poppies are always my favorite as I don’t get to see them but rarely. Great close-ups on the grasshopper. Fantastic detail. Wonderful that you grow your own produce. I still remember how great my dad’s runner beans were.

  10. I love red poppies. I don't have any but I have red zinnias. I got a pack of seeds of Scarlet Red Zinnias since that is what mom loves and I could not find starters of any. Great job on all the flowers.
