14/01/2016 Not a very good photo day! Soup making this morning and glued to the TV this afternoon!

Maximum 10C, minimum 3C.  40 km/h NW winds. 4mm rain.
Still have a few pumpkins left after today, the large one top left is 6kg!

This one, once de-pipped, and skinned was still 4 kg.

Chopped up and ready for roasting till tender.

Then it went in the saucepan with chopped onion, ginger and lemon grass plus coconut milk and stock, not forgetting the Thai red curry paste...

blended with a couple of chillies and ready to serve.  A lot going in the freezer as well.

Yum yum, roasted pumpkin seeds.

Watching the magic of Ronnie O'Sullivan this afternoon.  Brilliant.
