06/11/2017 A few of the flowers and plants I have seen here on Nevis, many of which I cannot identify!
Bougainvillea - red and white on the same plant.
Flame Lily - the national flower of Zimbabwe and was also of Rhodesia.
A Bismark palm.
One of the strelitzia species....

One of the species of Spider lily.
Known locally as the Monkey no climb tree because of its thorns.
(Hura crepitans), the sandbox tree, also known as possumwood and jabillo.

05/12/2017 A little more of the wild and domestic animal life on Nevis.
Caribbean Queen or Jamaican Monarch (Danaus cleophile)...

Zenaida dove (Zenaida aurita)...
As above.
Not sure which humming bird this is but is is very small only about 6.5 cms (2.5 Inches) long from tali to tip of beak....
as above, sorry the light was bright behind so quite dark.
Ruby-throated hummingbird (Archilochus colubris)
Busy as a bee.
Panther anole - (Anolis bimaculatus). [I think]

Mum goat getting her kids out of the roadway!
This donkey also was in the road. Black and white as there was a strange orange light across the photo!
